Fixed or removable braces?
We know for some adults that the thought of having fixed braces for a long period of time, potentially up to two years, is off putting and they would like their teeth straightening without unsightly braces. If this is you then maybe Invisalign is the right choice. However, braces do not have to be the metal brackets and stainless steel wires you might be picturing, they can be far more discreet and almost clear and we also offer lingual braces which are attached to the inside of the teeth.

Fixed Braces - These braces are directly bonded to the outside surfaces of the teeth and may be clear, ceramic or metallic and are historically the most common fixed orthodontic treatment option and have an excellent success rate.
Lingual Braces - Incognito braces are an advanced generation of brace that is hidden discreetly on the back of the teeth, the brace is virtually invisible.
Invisalign - cleat teeth straightening aligners which are custom made to suit you and fit comfortably over your teeth. The braces are removable so there is no discomfort whilst eating unlike other more traditional treatments.

Meet Hardeep, Our Smile Makeover Specialist
Hardeep qualified as a Dental Surgeon in 2001 from the University of Birmingham and has worked for the Bhandal Team since 2002.
He is a cosmetic dentist with special interests in Implant dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics and facial aesthetics.
He has also trained and taught undergraduate dentists as a Vocational Trainer for 5 years and is a Member of the faculty of Royal College of Surgeons and Association of Dental Implantology.
